Indian cuisine is a vibrant fusion of flavors, spices, and regional diversity, reflecting the country’s rich cultural heritage. Known for its bold use of spices like cumin, turmeric, and cardamom, Indian food offers a delightful balance of taste, texture, and aroma, making it a favorite worldwide.

British cuisine is known for its hearty and diverse range of dishes, encompassing both traditional fare and influences from various global cuisines. Key staples include roast dinners, the full English breakfast, fish and chips, pies, and diverse pastries. Beyond these, British cuisine also features a wide array of cheeses, beers, ales, stouts, and ciders.
Orient means east in Latin and was used collectively for East Asian countries. These include Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia and others. Oriental cuisine in general encompasses the cooking practices and ingredients of these regions and countries. Predominantly noodles, rice, fish, poultry, fresh vegetables & fruits, dry nuts like apricots and plums, and spices are used and preparation includes boiling and stir-frying dishes. Fermented items like kimchi and pickled products and sauces are also used.
Portuguese cuisine is a Mediterranean-influenced culinary tradition with a strong emphasis on fresh seafood, olive oil, and garlic, as well as the use of bread, wine, and other Mediterranean staples. It’s also shaped by its Atlantic location, with a rich history of fishing and seafood dishes like bacalhau (salted cod).
